
A medical plane crashed in Jharkhand, an eastern state of India, with seven people on board. This was reported based on information provided by the Report agency and the Directorate General of Civil Aviation of India (DGCA).
According to the agency, the Beechcraft C90 aircraft, owned by Redbird Airways, took off from Ranchi and was headed to New Delhi. On board was a 41-year-old man who sustained severe burns covering more than 60% of his body as a result of the accident.
Communication with the crew was lost 23 minutes after takeoff, after which the plane disappeared from radar.
The aircraft crashed in a remote forested area, complicating rescue operations.
Information about casualties and injuries is currently unavailable. An investigation is underway to determine the circumstances of the crash.
