- In Odesa, one person died as a result of a nighttime strike, and residential buildings and infrastructure facilities were damaged.
- In Kramatorsk, as a result of a Russian shelling, one person was killed and four were injured.
- In the Dnipropetrovsk region, three local residents were injured from Russian attacks on Sunday.
- According to Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov, in Belgorod, which was shelled by rockets on Saturday, about 80,000 people were left without heating, 3,000 without gas, and about 1,000 without electricity. Authorities have begun accepting evacuation requests.
- A man was detained in Dubai, whom Russian special services consider to be the executor of the assassination attempt on the First Deputy Head of the GRU of the Ministry of Defense, Vladimir Alexeev.
- Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky signed a decree imposing sanctions against individuals and legal entities that assist Russia in the production of missiles and drones.
