Khaydarov had previously served as the first deputy khokim of Tashkent, responsible for financial and economic aspects and poverty alleviation, and also held the position of head of the Main Department of Economics and Finance of the capital.
The establishment of the Agency for Industrial Cooperation and Public Procurement took place on February 6 by presidential decree. Its responsibilities include the tasks, functions, and powers of the Ministry of Economy and Finance related to public procurement.
