A revolutionary restaurant called "24 Seasons" has opened in the Chinese city of Hangzhou. This establishment is the first of its kind to fully utilize artificial intelligence and robotics systems for all business processes, reports Kazinform, citing local media.

The restaurant is designed with modern technologies in mind and features a two-level space where robotic manipulators handle food preparation, including noodles and drinks, while mobile platforms ensure the delivery of orders to tables and maintain order in the hall.

According to restaurant manager Cai Haitan, currently, eight robots perform over 60% of all operations, minimizing human involvement in the process. The team consists of only five employees, whose duties are limited to processing payments and preparing ingredients.

One of the key features of the project is the digital transformation of the culinary experience. The software for the cooking robots includes over a hundred recipes created based on the analysis of actions by professional chefs. Artificial intelligence manages cooking temperatures and mixing processes, allowing for outstanding flavors in the dishes.

The project, developed by the local technology company Xialinghui, holds not only commercial significance but also important social value. The restaurant has become part of the social canteen system in the Xihu district, offering discounts of up to 50% for citizens over 60 years old.

Local administration representatives emphasize that this establishment will serve as a platform for testing technologies in the field of robotics. Data collected during operations will be used to improve existing technologies and further implement them in the catering sector.
