The Ambassador of Cuba Presented Credentials to the President of Mongolia
Emilio Pevida Pupo, representing Cuba, presented his credentials to Ukhnaagiin Khurelsukh, the President of Mongolia. This fact has been confirmed by the press service of the head of the Mongolian state.
During the meeting, President Khurelsukh emphasized that the relations between Mongolia and Cuba have a 66-year history, during which diplomatic and friendly ties have significantly strengthened.
Ambassador Pupo expressed his readiness to actively contribute to the further development of bilateral relations.
The President also reminded of the importance of his visit to Cuba in 2023, noting that the Cuban side has long supported the training of Mongolian specialists, especially in the medical field.
The ambassador confirmed his determination to continue developing traditional relations and cooperation in such important areas as healthcare, biotechnology, and education.
