At the opening of the event, Kubanychbek Omuraliev, Secretary General of the Turkic Council, spoke. He noted: “It is a great honor for me to open Turkic Week in Vienna — this is an initiative of the Turkic Council that reflects our common heritage, values, and aspirations for the future of the Turkic world.”
