In accordance with Resolution No. 24/34 of the City Representatives' Council, rules came into effect on November 1, 2025, allowing rewards to be paid to those who report offenses.
According to Article 34 of the Law on Crime Prevention, citizens and companies actively participating in initiatives to combat offenses can claim a reward of up to 20 percent of the amount of the fine.
Additional instructions will be provided on how to open a personal bank account (IBAN) to receive these rewards.
