The city of Osh has been transferred 2 state-owned facilities.

On December 23, 2025, the deputies of the Osh City Kenesh approved the transfer of two state-owned properties to the municipal ownership of the city of Osh.

According to the text of the resolution, based on Article 34 of the law "On Local State Administration and Local Self-Government Bodies" and Article 6 of the law "On Municipal Property," the deputies considered the proposal from the Osh Mayor's Office regarding the transfer of these properties. The decision of the permanent commission of the Kenesh on issues of architecture, construction, municipal property, ecology, and emergency situations dated December 19, 2025, number 63, was also taken into account. As a result, the Kenesh decided to agree to the transfer of the following properties:

– a building with a land plot owned by OJSC "Kyrgyzkomur," located at: Osh city, Alisher Navoi Street, 54;



– property owned by the Osh Regional Children's and Youth Sports School, located at: Osh city, Alymbek Datka Street, 5/2.

In accordance with the resolution, the city Kenesh instructed the Mayor's Office to carry out all necessary actions to formalize these properties into municipal ownership in accordance with current legislation.

This resolution comes into force upon its official publication.
