Composition of the Kyrgyzstan National Team in Greco-Roman Wrestling for the Asian Championship in Bishkek

In Bishkek, from April 6 to 12, the Asian Championship in wrestling will take place, gathering the best wrestlers from the continent. The venue is the "Zhashtyk Arena" sports complex. This tournament will feature three styles of wrestling: Greco-Roman, freestyle, and women's wrestling.

The composition of the National Team of Kyrgyzstan in Greco-Roman wrestling is as follows:

up to 55 kg — Ulan Muratbek uulu;

up to 60 kg — Kurmanbek Japarov;

up to 63 kg — Avtandil Talaybek uulu;

up to 67 kg — Razzak Beyshykeev;

up to 72 kg — Amantur Ismailov;

up to 77 kg — Akjol Mahmudov;

up to 82 kg — Yryskeldi Maksatbek uulu;

up to 87 kg — Asan Janishov;

up to 97 kg — Melis Aitbekov;

up to 113 kg — Kim Roman.

The team is being prepared by the coaching staff under the leadership of head coach Ulukbek Karacholokov. Arsen Eraliyev is serving as the senior coach of the team.

It is expected that around 350 athletes from different countries will participate in the competition, competing for 30 sets of medals.
