The Kyrgyzstan national team will compete in the World Cup in Brazil.
The first stage of the 2026 World Cup according to World Boxing will take place from April 20 to 26 in the city of Foz do Iguaçu.
Athletes will compete for 20 sets of medals, which will be contested among men and women.
The Kyrgyzstan team will feature five boxers under the guidance of head coach Daniyar Tölögön uulu.
Winners and prize winners of this tournament will receive 150, 100, and 75 points in the world ranking, respectively.
The second stage of the World Cup is scheduled for June in China, and the final will take place at the end of the year in Uzbekistan.
We remind you that last year, Murambek Seyitbek uulu won a silver medal, reaching the finals of the World Cup in India.
