The seminar dedicated to scouting is taking place in Kyrgyzstan, organized by the country's Football Union. Participants of the seminar have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with modern methods of searching for and evaluating players, as well as to gain practical skills in match analysis to identify promising footballers.
According to the KFS, the program includes match viewings from the Talents Cup tournament, as well as individual sessions with experts in a Q&A format.
The main instructor of the seminar is Richard Allen, a well-known English specialist in scouting and talent identification, working as a FIFA expert on performance enhancement. His experience includes working with clubs such as RB Leipzig, Queens Park Rangers, and Tottenham.
The seminar, which started on March 22, will continue until March 25 and promises to be an important step in enhancing the qualifications of local specialists and developing the player selection system in Kyrgyzstan.
