According to the initial schedule, the matches of the 4th round were supposed to take place on March 18, 20, 21, and 22. However, due to the training camps of the Kyrgyzstan national team and youth teams (U-20) and (U-23), which are planned in Turkey from March 19 to 31, the matches have been postponed.
On March 18, three games will take place in Kant, Kara-Balta, and Bishkek: one match of the 4th round and two postponed matches of the 1st round.
