The I round of the Kyrgyzstan Junior Volleyball Championship has started in the city of Kara-Kul
On March 5, the games of the first round of the tournament for boys and girls under 18 began in the sports hall "Energetik," located in the specialized children's and youth sports school.
The championship features teams from Bishkek and Osh, as well as representatives from all seven regions of the country, with a total of 18 teams participating in the competition — 9 men's and 9 women's.
The organizers of the tournament emphasize that the main objectives of the championship are:
- to develop and promote volleyball among youth;
- to search for and identify talented athletes for the formation of reserve national teams;
- to provide a platform for experience exchange between teams at the national and regional levels.
A total of 18 teams have entered the competition: 9 men's and 9 women's teams.
