From February 27 to 28, the California Open IKO World Championship for Clubs & Individuals took place in San Francisco, California, where Islam Narynbekov became the world champion. The Kettlebell Sport Federation of the Kyrgyz Republic announced his victory.

The athlete from At-Bashy, competing in the weight category over 95 kg, won gold in the "biathlon" discipline with kettlebells weighing 32×32 kg.

The participation of athletes from many countries around the world emphasizes the high status of this championship.

Islam Narynbekov has been representing Kyrgyzstan in international competitions for several years, demonstrating excellent preparation.

"It is a great honor for me to represent my country on the world stage. I compete not only for personal achievements but also for those who believe in me and in Kyrgyzstan. Every title is the result of hard work, discipline, and responsibility," Narynbekov shared.
