At the Olympics in Italy, Norwegian athletes Johannes Klæbo and Einar Hedegaard excelled in the team sprint.

This victory allowed Klæbo to set a new record for the Winter Olympics, becoming a ten-time gold medalist.

At the current Games, Klæbo also won gold in the sprint, skiathlon, and the individual 10-kilometer freestyle race.

His collection now includes 3 gold medals won at the Pyeongchang Olympics in 2018, 2 golds in Beijing in 2022, and 5 gold medals earned in Milan.
