The competitions among masters in the individual time trial over a distance of 20 km took place on February 7.
In the 60-64 age category, six participants took the start. Filin finished with a time of 30 minutes 16 seconds (which corresponds to an average speed of 39.6 km/h), taking second place.
He was only 54 seconds behind the winner from Hong Kong.
Additionally, Filin competed in the road race over 62.4 km, where he won gold, finishing in first place.
