Teams of students from grades 7 to 9 from three general education schools in the village of Kazarman participated in this event: School No. 1 named after Totu Moydunov, School No. 2 named after Asan Abdraymov, and School No. 4 named after Imanberdi uulu Isa.
According to Baktybek Talaibekov, the head of the district education department, these competitions were organized in honor of the 90th anniversary of the founding of the Toguz-Torou district. The main goal of the events was to strengthen friendly ties among teenagers, as well as to prevent crime, violence, bullying, and cybersecurity threats. Additionally, emphasis was placed on the proper use of study time, promoting a healthy lifestyle, and developing winter sports and winter tourism.
