At the U-20 World Junior Ice Hockey Championship in Bishkek, which is taking place among teams in the third division (Group B), 16-year-old forward Alihan Ali-Askarov from Russia, playing for "Neftyanik," has become the top scorer, accumulating 14 points in three games.
