In Bishkek, in the "Jal" microdistrict, a tragedy occurred when a woman fell from the sixth floor window with her two daughters. The husband of the injured woman is now in custody.
According to a representative of the Bishkek City Court, on April 6, the Lenin District Court made a decision to arrest citizen A. M. A. until June 4.
This tragedy happened on April 4, when 27-year-old E. A. fell from a height with her two daughters.
At the scene, E. A. died from her injuries. Her youngest daughter, one-year-old K. A., also did not survive despite the doctors' efforts. Five-year-old J. A. was urgently hospitalized in the intensive care unit in critical condition.
During the investigation, law enforcement agencies uncovered circumstances indicating the possibility of incitement to suicide. In this regard, a criminal case was initiated under Article 128 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Incitement to Suicide).
34-year-old M. A. was detained on suspicion of involvement in this crime; he had previously been in a temporary detention facility.
