In Bishkek, in the Jal microdistrict, a tragic incident occurred: a woman with two children fell from the sixth floor. This was reported by the Main Department of Internal Affairs of the capital.
According to law enforcement agencies, a 24-year-old woman named E.A. died at the scene from her injuries. Her one-year-old daughter, K.A., did not survive to be rescued at the hospital, while her five-year-old son, J.A., was urgently hospitalized in the intensive care unit.
In connection with this incident, a criminal investigation has been initiated. The investigation has established grounds for suspicion of incitement to suicide, which has led to the initiation of a case under Article 128 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The suspect in this case is a 31-year-old man named M.A., who has already been placed in a temporary detention facility. Currently, investigative activities are ongoing.
