Fences and salons demolished: land along the Ala-Archa River in Bishkek has been freed
On Altymysheva Street in Bishkek, the operation to free the territory adjacent to the Ala-Archa River has been completed. The main goal of these works is to ensure access for specialized equipment to clean the riverbed in case of emergencies.

According to the city administration, as a result of the conducted activities, 57 meters of metal fences, 6 light structures, 4 pavilions, 2 containers, and awnings with a total area of 80 square meters were dismantled. Additionally, 4 capital structures were demolished, including a dry cleaner and a beauty salon, as well as 12 outbuildings and 9 capital fences.

The total area of freed municipal land amounted to 1,420 square meters.

In connection with violations of land legislation, five individuals were fined a total of 150,000 soms.

The Land Use Control Department also sent a request to the architectural and construction control regarding the facility at 124 Altymysheva Street (SPA salon), where a state act was discovered; this issue will be considered separately.

The city administration emphasized that the work to free municipal lands and ensure the safety of urban infrastructure will continue.
