According to Kadyrov, approximately 40% of these plots have already been developed; however, the remaining part is still in the process of development, and there are also plots that have not been utilized.
Deputy Kazybek Ergeshov clarified that developed plots refer to lands where construction has been completed.
Among the facilities that were built and put into operation in 2007-2008, rental payments for these plots continue to be collected.
