The headquarters includes representatives from various structures: the Department of Urban Economy, the akims of the four districts of the capital, as well as employees from the Department of Education, the municipal enterprise "Bishkekzelenstroy," and the emergency management and Ministry of Natural Resources departments.
The main task of the headquarters will be to develop an action plan, with regular progress reports submitted to the municipality every three months.
It is worth noting that the "Zhasyl Muras" campaign is aimed at greening the entire country.
