The new headquarters includes representatives from various organizations, including the Department of Urban Economy, the administrations of the four districts of the capital, the Department of Education, the municipal enterprise "Bishkekzelenstroy," as well as the Ministry of Natural Resources and the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
The headquarters has been tasked with developing a detailed action plan within two weeks and presenting quarterly reports on the progress of its implementation to the city hall.
