During his working trip, he familiarized himself with the state of social infrastructure and current projects in the village, including the construction of a mini-football field funded by the president's fund.

It is important to note that on September 29, 2024, President Sadyr Japarov also visited Zardaly, where issues related to providing the village with electricity and mobile communication, as well as the construction of a road and bridge, were discussed, leading to corresponding instructions for the leaders.
As a result of these efforts, an electrical network was established in the village, and the construction of an autonomous solar photovoltaic station with a capacity of 303 kilowatts per hour was completed, which allowed for the provision of electricity to both residential houses and social facilities.
The company Mega installed mobile communication in Zardaly, giving residents access to mobile phones and the internet.
A road with a length of 18 kilometers, Sary-Talaa — Kyzyl-Tash — Zardaly, was also put into operation at a cost of 888.9 million soms. The new route reduced the distance by 26 kilometers compared to the previous one.
The construction of a 30-meter metal bridge over the Koyeshken River ensured reliable road communication for the residents.
Zardaly is located 110 kilometers from the district center of the Batken region, and until 2024, local residents faced a lack of electricity and communication, as well as difficulties with transportation.
The village is connected to the district by two routes: by road and on foot. Part of the road passes through high mountain passes and is closed from October to May due to snowfall.
Residents also moved along the slope of the mountain by the Koyeshken River, covering 6.2 kilometers on foot or on horseback. Now, Zardaly can be reached by car at any time of the year.
