Two Nobel Prize winners will participate in the upcoming Issyk-Kul International Forum, as reported by Oktayr Kapalbaev, head of the policy development and monitoring department in the administration of the President of Kyrgyzstan.

He noted that participation has been confirmed by Chinese writer Mo Yan and American-Turkish biochemist Aziz Sancar. Both will speak at the anniversary, 40th forum.

Kapalbaev also reported that preparations for this significant event are ongoing under the direction of the country's president.

The anniversary forum aims to preserve cultural heritage, develop its potential, and activate meaningful discussions at both national and international levels, which aligns with modern global challenges.

The Issyk-Kul Forum is an international non-governmental forum of intellectuals that was founded in the USSR at the initiative of the people's writer of Kyrgyzstan, Chinghiz Aitmatov, in October 1986.
