“Currently, large-scale construction works are actively underway in the region, involving Chinese specialists. Since they also operate vehicles and are participants in road traffic, we conducted a briefing for them on compliance with the rules. Brochures in Kyrgyz and Russian were distributed, and our specialists will assist in translating them into Chinese for the foreign workers,” the official statement said.
It is worth noting that last year, a tragic incident occurred in the Toguz-Toro district — a construction worker working on the railway died as a result of a traffic accident.
