Land plots have been allocated for orphaned children in the Jayil District, as reported by the press service of the General Prosecutor's Office. During an inspection conducted by the Jayil District Prosecutor's Office, it was found that the rights of children left without parental care were violated due to the lack of measures for the timely provision of land plots to them. As a result, the prosecutor's office sent a response act to the Ak-Bashat rural administration.
Following the review of this act, the rights of nine orphaned children were restored, and they were provided with land plots. They also received state certificates confirming their ownership rights, which will allow them to build residential houses.
According to Article 13 of the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic on Children and Article 43 of the Housing Code, the state is obliged to provide housing for this category of citizens. Orphaned children without their own housing have the right to receive housing out of turn upon reaching the age of 16 in accordance with the norms established by law.
