She reminded about cases from last year when parents mass-registered their children at one address to secure a place in a specific school.
“We have worked with school administrations, parents, and law enforcement representatives. The responsibility for this lies with the parents. School directors and educational institutions have been advised to avoid a repeat of last year's situations. I hope that in 2026, such cases will not arise,” noted Rakhmat Musaev.
It is worth recalling that in 2025, cases of fictitious registration of children were identified in some educational institutions. Some citizens, registered as legal representatives (guardians), made electronic registrations of children based on forged documents. In particular, 86 cases of illegal registration were identified at school No. 29 in Bishkek. Similar incidents occurred in other educational institutions across the republic. As a result of the inspection, information about all illegally registered children was annulled.
