A new road is planned to be constructed at the international airport 'Manas', which will provide convenient access to the terminal complex and allow for the implementation of an automated toll payment system.

The discussion of the project's implementation took place during a meeting between the mayor of the capital, Aybek Junushaliev, and the chairman of the board of OJSC 'Airports of Kyrgyzstan', Manasbek Samidinov. The participants reviewed the stages of project preparation and implementation, as well as issues related to the development of transport infrastructure in the airport zone.

The length of the new road will be approximately 1.6 kilometers and it will run parallel to the existing Bishkek - Manas airport route.

According to the press service of OJSC 'Airports of Kyrgyzstan', a circular traffic flow will be organized at the intersection leading to the village of Mramornoye, which will simplify access to the new road. The initial section of the road will be two-lane, with subsequent expansion to eight lanes in the area of the automated toll booths, and then it will narrow back to two lanes and continue to the multi-level parking.

The exit road will begin from the parking complex, will also be two-lane, expanding to six lanes before the payment area, after which traffic flows through the roundabout will be directed towards the city.

Greening is planned between the entrance and exit roads. The project aims to create a modern transport infrastructure, increase capacity, reduce congestion, and implement an efficient toll payment system.

The existing route will be used exclusively for access to the 'Manas-2' terminal and for servicing official delegations and government convoys.
