During discussions with the Bishkek city administration, details of the preparation and implementation of this project were reviewed, as well as issues related to the transport infrastructure near the airport.
The project includes a road approximately 1.6 kilometers long, which will run south of the main Bishkek - "Manas" airport highway. At the section where the road will turn towards the village of Mramornoye, a roundabout is planned to simplify access to the new road.
The existing road will be used exclusively for access to the "Manas-2" terminal, as well as for servicing government convoys and official delegations.
Currently, a major reconstruction of the "Manas" airport terminal is also underway, during which the terminal area will be increased by 20,000 square meters.
In addition, a new covered parking lot for 650 cars is under construction, which will be connected to the terminal by a modern air bridge, ensuring comfortable and safe movement for passengers at any time of the year.
