The construction of the facility was completed by the company "Vostok Stroy Invest," but it could not be commissioned for 10 years due to legal disputes with neighboring landowners related to the land plot.
As a result of the absence of an official act of commissioning, residents were unable to register their apartments in their names and faced difficulties in obtaining property documents. Moreover, for many years they had to pay utility bills at industrial rates.
Now that all issues have been resolved and the facility has been officially commissioned, residents will be able to register ownership of their apartments, obtain the necessary documents, and use utility services at established rates.
