The construction of this facility was carried out by the company "Vostok Stroy Invest." However, for an entire decade, it could not be commissioned due to legal disputes regarding the land plot with several neighboring organizations.

The department noted: "After the work done, all long-standing issues have been resolved, and the facility is now officially commissioned. This will allow residents to formalize ownership of their apartments, obtain the necessary documents, and use utility services at standard rates."
