Marlen Mamataliyev noted that interaction between the Jogorku Kenesh and the Federal Assembly is actively taking place, including work within the framework of bilateral commissions and international organizations.
He emphasized that trusting relationships between the heads of state contribute to strengthening cooperation. "We have enormous potential. It is important to develop partnerships in such priority areas as energy, investment, transport, agriculture, and strengthening cultural ties," added the speaker.
During the meeting, Mamataliyev also raised several relevant issues:
- on organizing safe and legal migration;
- on expanding digital accounting through the "Amina" application;
- on medical insurance for workers' families;
- on exempting children from language testing;
- on simplifying the extension of stay;
- on maintaining EAEU benefits for carriers.

"I would like to focus in detail on key migration issues. First, we are interested in safe and orderly labor migration, as well as protecting the rights of our citizens. Second, the implementation of digital accounting through the "Amina" application in Moscow and the Moscow region has yielded positive results, and we propose to gradually expand it to other regions, including accounting for children. We also face difficulties, especially regarding printing and registry. Third, it is important to address the issue of access for workers' family members to mandatory health insurance, taking into account EAEU practices. Fourth, we would like to discuss the possibility of exempting children of Kyrgyz citizens from language testing when enrolling in Russian schools. Fifth, simplifying the procedure for extending stay remains a relevant issue. Finally, we are concerned about new migration initiatives that include reducing stay periods and tightening conditions, and we believe it is important to maintain existing benefits for citizens of EAEU countries and support extending stay periods for international carriers," clarified Marlen Mamataliyev.
Vyacheslav Volodin, in turn, noted the significance of various formats of cooperation and the need for further development of relations between Kyrgyzstan and Russia.

"The dynamics of relations are largely determined by the actions of the heads of state, but we must also actively work on the legislative support of the agreements reached and contribute to the development of interaction," he added.
"Our joint efforts have allowed us to find solutions even to the most complex issues. We have sought to strengthen trust through dialogue, which is the foundation for further development. The growth figures for trade turnover are impressive: last year they increased by more than 25%. Russia remains one of Kyrgyzstan's leading partners in this area," summarized Vyacheslav Volodin.

After the official meeting, Vyacheslav Volodin involved relevant structures and heads of departments in discussing final decisions on the raised issues.
