A number of schools in the city of Gülchö are awaiting major repairs and expansion
According to the mayor, four schools — named after M. Adyshev, T. Otunchiev, Parmanasa, and A. Madaliev — have not undergone major repairs since their opening.
“Currently, the school named after M. Adyshev is being prepared for renovation, for which 115 million soms have been allocated. The roof of the building has already been dismantled, and the internal heating systems are nearly complete. The next step is the major renovation of the school's interior
The school named after Otunchiev will receive 217 million soms from the republican budget for the construction of a new building with a capacity of 275 students, which will include an assembly hall and sports facilities.
The renovation program also includes the school named after Parmanasa, with total costs of 86 million soms; work will begin in the coming days.
The school named after Madaliev, which previously served students only up to the 9th grade, will now be expanded with the addition of a new building that includes a gym for 150 seats, and work will start soon.
Additionally, as part of the administrative-territorial reform, the school named after J. Bubaev in the village of Budalyk, which has been annexed to the city, has also been included in the list for major repairs, and a sports hall will be built nearby,” the mayor added.
Nursultan Tajibaev reported that over the next two years, construction work will be actively carried out in Gülçö, which may cause temporary inconveniences for residents.
“We apologize in advance for any inconveniences caused by the construction. For the development of the city, it is sometimes necessary to demolish fences and structures. We are grateful to the residents who voluntarily agreed to dismantle their properties; this should be noted,” he emphasized.
