According to specialists, heart and vascular diseases are becoming more common among younger individuals, which raises particular concern due to the high level of premature mortality among the working-age population. Every year, about 20,000 citizens aged 30 to 60 die from CVD.

As part of the fight against this problem, a national program called "Healthy Heart" is being implemented in the country, aimed at creating a high-tech cardiovascular cluster based at the National Center for Cardiology and Therapy. New equipment has also been purchased for regional cardiology centers in Balakchy, Talas, and Naryn.

To prevent diseases at the primary level, a special check-up module has been introduced, covering eight key parameters for each family: quitting smoking, proper nutrition, physical activity, measuring body mass index, monitoring blood pressure, blood sugar, and cholesterol levels, as well as ensuring healthy sleep.
