According to supervisory authorities, the inspection covered the activities of the Toru-Aygyr-Tamchy rural council and the Issyk-Kul forestry. It was revealed that compensation for damage to forest resources and agricultural production had not been made for a long time, which also included lost profits.

After the inspection was completed, the prosecutor's office prepared a response act, which led to the recovery of the amount of 17,401,200 soms in favor of the state.
