The Prosecutor's Office of the Issyk-Kul region conducted an inspection to ensure compliance with the norms of the Land and Forest Codes of Kyrgyzstan, as well as the law "On Environmental Protection," covering the Toru-Ayguir-Tamchin rural administration and the Issyk-Kul Forestry, which is under the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
As a result of the inspection, it was found that payments for damage caused to forest resources and agriculture, as well as for lost profits, were not made within the established timeframe. The General Prosecutor's Office of the Kyrgyz Republic published this information.
To eliminate the identified violations, the district prosecutor's office prepared a prosecutor's conclusion, as a result of which 17,401,200 soms were recovered into the state budget.
