The celebrations opened with a welcoming speech by the mayor of the city, Eldos Taev, after which the floor was given to akim K. Apbasov. In his speech, he emphasized the importance of the Nowruz holiday and expressed wishes for prosperity and peace to the residents.
Congratulations were also voiced by the deputy representative of the president in the Osh region, Talant Arstankulov, who wished all citizens peace, good luck, and well-being.
The festive atmosphere of Nowruz was enhanced by the works of folk artisans, entertainment programs, sports competitions, and an abundance of dishes from various cultures.
