According to the decree signed by the mayor of the city, from this date, the supply of heat to residential buildings and social institutions will be discontinued. Thus, the heating period of 2025–2026 will be considered closed.
This decision was made based on meteorological data regarding the increase in temperature. In accordance with current regulations, the heating season ends if the average outdoor temperature exceeds +8°C for five consecutive days.
