A draft law initiated by Deputy Altynbek Kudayberdiev has been published on the website of the Jogorku Kenesh, which proposes to exempt foreign citizens working in schools and universities in Kyrgyzstan from taxes.

As part of this initiative, the deputy emphasizes the following measures:

Kudayberdiev notes that foreign specialists typically work under short-term contracts and do not acquire pension rights in Kyrgyzstan, which makes mandatory contributions unnecessary. The proposed measures will help reduce administrative barriers and simplify the employment process for foreign teachers.
