Altynbek Andashev, head of the district statistics department, reported that this event is being conducted in accordance with a resolution from the Cabinet of Ministers and an order from the local government administration regarding preparations for the census.
The census involves trained specialists working in pairs with employees of the district statistics department. The main objects to be accounted for include:
- agricultural lands;
- livestock;
- farm buildings such as barns;
- small enterprises and workshops for agricultural production;
- agricultural machinery;
- poultry.
For the successful organization of the census in the district, one authorized representative, one chief specialist, and two coordinators have been assigned. The distribution of personnel across rural districts (ayil aiymağı) is as follows:

Funding for this campaign is provided from the local budgets of the ayil okmotu, and the allocated funds are distributed as follows:

Kara-Burgon - 80,000 soms;
Bayetov - 100,000 soms;
Togolok Moldо - 200,000 soms.
These initiatives aim to collect accurate statistical data that will serve as the basis for future planning of agricultural sector development in the region.
