However, there are some exceptions
In the area of the village of Orok, where a new football stadium is being built, a ban on the construction of high-rise buildings has been introduced. This decision is recorded in resolution No. 120, adopted at a cabinet meeting.
This step is due to the stadium's status as a strategic facility requiring special security. The restricted zone covers a radius of 500 meters from the under-construction stadium, where buildings no higher than three stories (a maximum of 20 meters) are allowed.
However, exceptions have been made for five facilities:
1. Administrative building of the State Agency for Land Resources, Cadastre, Geodesy, and Cartography — six stories. Address: Seleskaya St., plot No. 1v;
2. Administrative building of the state institution "Kyzmat" under the Presidential Administration — six stories. Address: Seleskaya St., plot No. 1v;
3. Park at the intersection of Jayyl Baatyra and Ala-Archinskaya Streets — height of the attraction is 53 meters. Address: Altyn Beshik St., 77/5;
4. Sports Rehabilitation Center — four stories. Address: Contour No. 21;
5. Football Complex — three stories. Address: contours No. 21, 25.
