This decision was made to ensure the safety of this strategically important facility and to regulate its operation and maintenance.
According to the resolution, the design, construction, and reconstruction of buildings taller than 20 meters (3 floors) is prohibited within a radius of 500 meters from the new stadium, except for certain facilities specified in the annex to the document.
The resolution will come into effect 7 days after its official publication, which occurred in the newspaper "Erkin-Too" on February 23, 2026, issue No. 13 (3773).
