Nowruz was celebrated at a high level and with joy at the branch of the Open Joint Stock Company "National Electric Network of Kyrgyzstan." The event was attended by management led by Director Nurlan Mamadaliev, as well as directors and staff from the district and city electric networks of the Kyzyl-Kiya, Kadamjai, Batken, Leilek, and Suluktu districts.
The main goal of the event was to strengthen friendship and mutual understanding among employees, as well as to spread the significance of Nowruz and promote national customs.
The ceremonial part began with welcoming words from the leaders, who thanked the energy sector staff and wished them health, success, and prosperity. Traditional rituals such as "alas aytyu" and "buu dai chachuu" were held, during which prayers were offered for abundance and peace.
Following this, a cultural program took place, featuring a friendly competition among 6 teams representing five district electric networks and the Batken Electric Network. The teams performed national songs and dances, showcasing the diversity of cultures.
Additionally, competitions in traditional games such as tug-of-war and arm wrestling were organized.
During the celebration, an exhibition of national dishes was held, where each team presented their culinary creations, further confirming the hospitality and generosity characteristic of Nowruz.
As a result of the competition, the winners were determined:
1st place was taken by the Leilek District Electric Networks,
2nd place — Batken Electric Network,
3rd place — Batken District Electric Networks.
The winners were awarded diplomas, prizes, and monetary rewards.
