The event took place on March 19 in the city square, ahead of the celebrations scheduled for March 21. The main task was to assess the readiness of the staff to fulfill their duties.
Attending the event were representative Amanakan Kenjebayev, the head of the Internal Affairs Department of the Osh region Nurlanbek Burkanov, as well as representatives of other law enforcement agencies and personnel.
During the garrison assembly, clear instructions were given on ensuring public order, preventing crimes, and enhancing road safety.
The head of the region noted that during the Nowruz celebrations, the police will operate in an enhanced mode in various areas, urging citizens to comply with the laws.
- In order to ensure safety in the Osh region during the Nowruz holiday, more than 1,000 police officers will be on duty.
