During the meeting, the construction of a transport interchange and an overpass bridge was discussed, which will connect Young Guard Boulevard with Leo Tolstoy Street and Bakayev Street.

According to the city hall, the statuses of the land plots involved in the project have already been established. A total of 64 objects fall within the construction zone. Work is ongoing to obtain title documents for the remaining addresses. Following the meeting, it was decided to hold a follow-up meeting on March 24 at the city hall to discuss compensations and payments to the owners of the plots affected by the construction.
The Department of Transport and Road Transport Development, as well as other relevant services, have been instructed to consider an alternative route for residents during the construction work.
The Land Use Control Department has also been tasked with accelerating the demolition of objects that may hinder the start of construction.
The work is expected to begin in April 2026.
The goal of this project is to improve the city's transport infrastructure, increase road capacity, and reduce traffic load in the area.
