Stepan Jaratman, the author of the social project "Jaratman Ayil," is the initiator of this event. The festival will bring together local residents, entrepreneurs, bloggers, and creators in one venue.
The main goal of the event is to promote a culture of environmental stewardship, improve the beautification of areas, draw attention to the problem of inscriptions on rocks, and support the development of sustainable tourism in rural areas, which will create new sources of income for the local population.
As part of the festival, ecological actions for cleaning the rocks, cultural events, and discussions of initiatives aimed at regional development are planned.
