Ulan Sultanbaev, the chief expert of the sectoral policy department of the Presidential and Cabinet of Ministers Decision Preparation Office, confirmed this appointment, which was approved by the order of the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers.
Previously, Baigonchokov held the position of first deputy mayor of the capital city, Bishkek.
