The amount of the 'Bala Yrysy' allowance is 1200 soms. It will be provided to citizens of Kyrgyzstan, as well as to the children of those who have the status of qayrylman. This was reported by Adel Zhomartova, the chief specialist of the state benefits department of the Ministry of Labor, Social Protection, and Migration, during the program "Elden Sobol" of the Kabar agency.
As the specialist stated, this allowance will be paid regardless of the family's financial situation. "For residents of high-altitude regions, payments will be made taking into account the regional coefficient," she clarified.
One of the conditions for receiving the allowance is that the child must live with the mother. Parents must not be abroad.
To apply for the allowance, the following documents are required:
- mother's passport and child's birth certificate;
- the presence of a PIN is mandatory.
It is worth reminding that at the beginning of March, the President of Kyrgyzstan, Sadyr Japarov, signed a decree introducing a new monthly state allowance for all children under three years old – "Bala Yrysy."
